Looking to extend that summer feeling? It may be drawing to a close, but there are plenty of destinations where you can enjoy an Indian summer on a last-minute September getaway in Europe.
September is also a great month to visit mystical Bhutan, when they’re celebrating one of the biggest religious festivals in their Lunar Calendar, for a culturally immersive experience you’ll never forget.
September in Sicily is ideal. After the heat of the summer, the island is less humid which makes it much better for sightseeing and exploring the island’s numerous archaeological sites.
