Are all Exodus itineraries available to be offered as a private departure?

Some of our itineraries cannot be offered as private departures for logistical reasons but the majority we can! Feel free to inquire with our expert sales team.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

There is no maximum group size for travellers who wish to book together on an existing Exodus departure and the usual maximum group size rules apply. If you would prefer a private adventure of the same itinerary but enjoyed with your nearest and dearest only, then we require a minimum of 8 travellers and we recommend maximum group sizes to align with the standard group sizes in order to guarantee the best experience, however, slightly larger group sizes for private adventures may be requested.

Can any changes be made to Exodus itineraries for private groups?

We offer private departures of existing Exodus itineraries. We have 500 trips to choose from that have been painstakingly researched and vetted for the best experience possible for your private groups.

Can you arrange pre and post tour accommodation and other extras for private groups?

Yes, of course! We can arrange the same extras as we would normally offer on our group departures. This includes pre/post tour accommodation, private transfers, single supplements and e-bikes (where applicable).
